Shipping policy

Current turn around time is 10-12 business days. If needed sooner, please include the "Rush My Order" option and email us help@endlessembers.net to inform us of the date needed. Custom orders may take approximately 14-21 business days depending on the availability of products.

I ship via USPS, first class or UPS. International shipping is not offered at this time.  Tracking will be provided for each order via the email address provided at the time of ordering. Once item has been shipped, I can no longer be held responsible. If you fail to receive your item once it has been shipped, please contact USPS or UPS.
