Our Policies

We gladly ship to all 50 states and any APO address. Shipping charges will be added to your purchase and will come with standard insurance for any lost packages.

The availability of some items, prints, and colors do vary and may not always be available.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email within 3 business days with a proof of your item, if needed. This proof MUST be approved before the item will be started. Turn around time starts the day you approve your proof. Each product that will need an approved proof will state that in the description.

Each order is custom made for you. There will be no refunds. All sales are final. If there happens to be a mistake on an item, we will correct it. Please email us to allow us to help you.

We will make custom listings for custom orders. All payment will be taken through the website for both buyer and seller protection.

Current turn around time is 10-14 business days. If needed sooner, please include the "Rush My Order" option and email us help@endlessembers.net to inform us of the date needed. Custom orders may take approximately 14-21 business days depending on the availability of products.

I ship via USPS, first class or UPS. International shipping is not offered at this time.  Tracking will be provided for each order via the email address provided at the time of ordering. Once item has been shipped, I can no longer be held responsible. If you fail to receive your item once it has been shipped, please contact USPS or UPS.

Returns & Refunds

Due to each item being made custom, we do not offer refunds or returns on any items. Exceptions may occur, within 7 days of receiving your order, if order was messed up due to our mistake. 

I am not responsible for shipping, should an item be returned. I will provide an address for returns to be shipped, once I receive the item, your refund will be issued.
